Our speciality services division, works directly with our primary in-home providers throughout all of our regions, we focus on decreasing re-hospitalizations and providing diagnosis specific treatments. What are the specialty care services that we provide? We provide pharmacy, palliative care, diabetic care, cardiac care, diabetic care, and cardiac care. We have psych and psychotherapy, dietician, and a pain management program. We have a specific home-health division as well.
