Hillery Dolford, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, started her career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CNA) and always loved providing personalized attention for her patients. Continuing her healthcare career path, she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2003. In 2015 she completed a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Baltimore, Maryland, and in 2018 received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC.
Hillery likes to envision her healthcare career as a ministry as she serves patients in their homes who usually would not have an opportunity to see a provider. According to Hillery, the home is a perfect environment to get a complete picture of the healthcare challenges a patient may be facing. Hillery stated, " I love working with South Carolina House Calls; they allow me to follow my passion by practicing the philosophy of treating people the way I want to be treated."
